DCOR, LLC (“DCOR”) is a company engaged in the development, exploration and production of oil and natural gas. DCOR is the operator of the largest number of offshore platforms off the coast of California, operating eleven (11) of the twenty-four (24) producing platforms offshore California. Its safety record and environmental record is one of the best in the industry. This outstanding record is attributable directly to its management team and its emphasis on safety and environmental practices in one of the most strictly-regulated and pristine coastal areas in the world.
During the period from 2008 through 2010, DCOR has been consistently ranked as one of the 35 largest privately-held oil and gas producers in the United States by Oil and Gas Financial Journal.
At June 1, 2011, DCOR has approximately 300 employees with offices in these California cities: Bakersfield, Huntington Beach, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Ventura.
DCOR operates in the two major basins in Southern California, Ventura Basin and Los Angeles Basin, with an expertise specialty in developing and producing marine turbidite reservoirs and the Monterey Shale.
